How do I get to the Status Center?

What do I do if I can’t remember my Application Status Center password?
Select the ‘Reset your Current Password’ link or, if you are not sure that you set one up, click the ‘If you never set up a password, Click Here’ link.

Can I add a beneficiary when applying?
Yes, you will see the option to add a single beneficiary at the bottom of the first page of the application. Multiple beneficiaries or contingent/secondary beneficiaries are not permitted.

Can I add a joint owner when applying?
Yes, you will see the option to add a joint owner at the bottom of the first page of the application. At the time of the application you can only add one joint owner. However, after the account is approved and open, please log into Online Banking and send us a secure message for steps to add an additional joint account holder.

How do I return to the application after reviewing the disclosures?
When you click the link to review the disclosure(s), it will open in a new tab. Once you have read and reviewed the information, close the tab and you will be back at the Review Disclosures page of the application. Please note that you must open and review each disclosure listed in order to check off the ‘I/We Agree’ box.

What are my options for funding the account?
You may fund the account electronically via ACH transfer, or you may send us a check by mail. If you are a current customer, you can also transfer from an existing account.

How do I enroll in Online Banking?
Once your application has been approved and your account fully opened, you will receive a secured email with enrollment instructions.
